Our Earthship Puerto Rico Hurricane Resistant Community Center needs some love! This building is a fully sustainable hurricane resistant Earthship that functions as a Community Center and as a first relief center during emergencies. It has helped hundreds of people and been touched by hundreds of people that made this center possible. It is also an educational center about Earthships and ways of sustainable living. It is unique in Puerto Rico!

We are planning to do a maintenance hit in May and need to raise $20,000 to make it happen!
A small crew will travel to Puerto Rico to work on the following among other things:
– Clean and improve the water catchment system.
– Finish the ceilings in the bathroom and fix up any ceilings that need it.
– Fix any cracks in the roof and add another layer of waterproofing material.
– Start a tire retaining wall.
– Fix and upgrade any carpentry (windows and doors) that need it because of humidity.

Please consider donating or sharing!
Any contribution will make this project happen and is tax deductible under the 501c3 regulations.
